Thomas was born 1892 at Maidstone in Kent.

He enlisted at Maidstone in September 1814 and proceeded overseas in July 1915 in the galipolli theatre .

He was accidently killed during training in bomb throwing in Egypt and is buried at Cairo war memorial cemetery.

His home address 51 Charlton Street, Maidstone.
