A group comprising war and victory medals named to R.M.A 8162 GR T HILL

With long original unworn ribbons  memorial plaque in cardboard and white paper cover ripped  named to Tom Hill. Also inc is the Buckingham palace condolence letter and the transmittal box lid for his star (sadly missing from the group)


Tom Hill served on HMS Indefatigable and was sadly killed in action 31st may 1916 when the ship was lost at the Battle of Jutland, he was the son of Walter and Ellen Hill, husband of Olive Louise of 3 High St, Petersfield, Hants
