A unique named ww1 memorial plaque named William john wroath Cook.

Born 31st May 1864 at Kenwyn in Cornwall.

Joined the Royal Navy as boy sailor 4th March 1880 .

He was discharged time served but recalled for 1st World War.

He died whist attached to hms Cuckoo 2nd July 1919 at Royal Navy hospital in Plymouth of Cancer oŕ the stomach.

His next of kin sister Mrs k stone of ” the poplam” perranwell ,Cornwall.
