1901 living with his mother at  18 wilmott place , Hanwell , a labourer by occupation.

Married 1905 to fanny bridges with who he had 2 children.

1911 a bricklayers labourer.

1914 living at 23 Steyne Road , Acton , London .

He served with the 11th service battalion , Royal Fusiliers .

He was killed in action on the somme on 26th September 1916 .

No known grave He is remembered on the thiepval memorial and St Mary’s Church war memorial at Acton , London.
