Correctly named medal to 35981 Pte J R Hibbs Northd R

Joseph Robert Hibbs was born in 1875 and lived at 13 Bridge St Barking Essex and was a gas stoker when he enlisted in 1917 at age 42! He went overseas to France on 28/3/1917 with the 8th Battalion and is entitled to a pair.H e also served with the number 87181 with the 368 and 146 Co Labour Corps. In 1939 we see him listed as a general labourer and he later died at Southend On Sea in 1960.
