His efficency medal was awarded on 31st August 1949 serving with coastal and anti aircraft regiment.

Address for medal delivery in 1948 was given as Hillside .Pentewan, St austell ,Cornwall.

Research shows a Denis George lawer was born 1914 at St austell and died in Cornwall 11th May 1988. those dates would fit with it being same man .
