Harry was born in London in 1899. His parents were Russian nationals living in Poland then moved to Stepney prior to when Harry was born. The family were naturalized in 1911.

They were all living together at 172 Cannon St Road, London and were furriers by trade.

Harry enlisted into the 4th Labour Company of the Middlesex Regiment, a company set up for men of foreign family background.

He is mentioned in the Jewry Book of Honour.

Harry was serving in France in 1917.

In 1921, it is noted that Harry is still living at home but is then an invalid. (possibly war related)

Harry died in 1941.

He is entitled to a Pair.
