Correctly named 522415 Cpl MW Stall RAF
Michael William Stall was born in Coventry in 1915.
We find him with his sister living with their Aunt & Uncle in 1921 at 68 Albany Road, Gorleston, Norfolk.
We see he married Yvonne Stevenson in Birmingham in 1941.
We know Michael was a Flight Sergeant whilst serving during WWII and was promoted to Pilot officer (Technical Branch) and is recorded in the London Gazette June 1943.
Further promotions in 1947 and 1964 see Michael rise to the rank of Flight Lieutenant.
He would be entitled to WWII medals.
The medal has an original silk ribbon.
