Correctly named 45376 Pte O Hutchinson DLI

When Obadiah Hutchinson was born in October 1898 in Millom, Cumberland, his father, John, was 29 and his mother, Mary, was 34. His father was a coal miner.

In 1901, his address was 17, Cooperative Street, Shildon, Auckland, Durham.

He moved to Darligton in 1911.

He was wounded in July 1918.

He married Edith Thompson on 4 January 1930 in Durham, Durham.

He died in 1973 in the Richmond District, North Yorkshire, aged 73. He had no children.

The pair is his full entitlement.

Medals are on original silk ribbons.
