Noted as wounded 20th October 1917 .

A released pow 31st December 1918 .

Address Stella Rd, Blaydon on Tyne.

Discharged 11th June 1919 with 30% disablement due to chronic ………? ( handwriting unclear ).

1921 a colliery lamp man for the Stella coal company ( out if work ) living at 7 Greenwell St., Blaydon, Durham.

1939 10 Ethel St, Blaydon, Durham, a general labourer by occupation.

Died 4th January 1965 ( noted on pension records card ).
