WW1 pair on short original ribbon named to M31616 H Wigglesworth Act ERA 4 RN

Henry was born in Otley, Yorkshire on 6th January 1896, a fitter by occupation.

In 1939 he was living in Altrincham, Cheshire, a designing draughtsman/printer engineer.

He died in Manchester in October 1977.
