Union of south Africa efficient service medal named cpl a h Howard tsc.

Arthur Harry Howard was born in stranger , natal , south Africa on 8th August 1913 .

He was captured at tobruk on 21st June 1942 . His unit given as 2nd new Zealand expeditionary force.

Initially he was housed in a German pow camp stalag 357 thorn in south Africa with pow number 50119 .

Later he was in a pow camp in Italy camp 103 monigo Treviso.
