George married Jessie in 1912 and enlisted into the Royal Air Force in November 1917. His trade is given as a dock labourer.

He goes overseas to France in January 1918 and is employed as a RAF labourer. His address upon enlistment is Long View, Campeltown, New Brunswick, Canada.

He is seen to be admitted to hospital twice in 1918 in quick succession. Once in August and again just a few days later in September but no further information has been gleaned.

He is entitled to just the Pair and they come with untouched original long silk ribbons.

There is verdigris to the Victory Medal.
