Unnamed WWII lot of medals, 39-45 Star, France and Germany Star, Defence and War Medals.

Awarded to William Horace Young who enlisted in Sheffield in 1933.

Born in 1914, we see him working as a messenger when he enlisted.

Included in the lot is a poster for a football match against the Czechoslovak Army Team in which he is playing inside right.

A number of items of ephemera including his red book, paybook and release book.
