Walter Robert Jones was born c1884 at Bethnal Green, London ,middlesex.

A carman by occupation he entered theatre 3 galipolli 31st march 1915.

Noted as wounded gsw r shoulder 10th june 1915 whist serving with headquarters staff 15 brigade Royal horse artillery and treated at no 7 field ambulance, Royal Naval Division.

He returned to duty a few weeks later but was readmitted later with a fever and evacuated.

Discharged time expired 23rd November 1915 ,probably not re engaged due to his wounds .
