Samuel walker enlisted in the army service corp 23rd September 1914

He entered France 9th November 1914 serving with the 8th dap.

He is noted as wounded 23rd October 1917 and at the time the 8th division were taking part in the Battle of Passchendaele.

He was discharged due to wounds 6th June 1918 .

His address given as 92 Thorpe bank Rd, shepherds Bush, London.
