Correctly named medal 16205 Pte WE Bates Oxf & Bucks LI
William Edgar Bates served with the 8th Pioneer Battalion Ox & Bucks and went to France in September 1915. He also served as 66906 in he Devonshire Regiment. He was discharged in January 1919.
