Harold Arthur French, born in Woolpit, Suffolk in 1878 to William and Marianna.
We see in 1911, Harold has already enlisted and seen to be based in Egypt as a Private.
He served in France from 21/2/1915 earning his 1915 Trio.
Post war in 1921, we find him stationed at McGrigor Barracks, Stanhope Lines in Aldershot.
He was awarded his LSGC in 1925 where it is noted he was serving with the Army Dental Corps.
In 1939, we see him living with his wife Alice at Jesmond Main Road, Danbury, Chelmsford, Essex.
Harold died in 1958.
All medals have original silk ribbons and the group is swing mounted on card for display.
