Correctly named 3626 Pte A Allan Sco Hor

 

Andrew was born in Methven in 1891. A pre war soldier, he enlisted in 1911. We see his address in 1901 was 27 Pit Cairn Green Road, Dalcrue.

He landed at Suvla Bay in September 1915 and served there until December when he was based in Alexandria, Egypt. He served with D Squadron, 1/1st Scottish Horse.

He was discharged as time served in March 1916.

The Trio is swing mounted on a clasp for wear with original silk ribbons.
