Arthur Harold Hughes served with the 7Bn Norfolk Regiment and was with them on Day 1 of the Battle of Cambrai, 20/11/1917, when he was killed in action.

The Norfolk Regiment, part of the 12th Eastern Division, played a significant role in the Battle of Cambrai on November 20, 1917, advancing towards Lateau Wood before digging in.

He has no known grave and is remembered upon the Cambrai Memorial.

An address found for him is noted as 10 Windmill Lane, Bushey Heath, Herts.

The medals have at some point been stuck to a surface as there is glue residue to only the ribbons.
He is entitled to just the Pair.
