A rather poorly treated ww1 memorial plaque named James squire fitton .
James was born January 1880 at Ramsbottom in Lancashire.
1911 living at 197 wash Lane, Bury, Lancashire a labourer at a corn mill .
He served as 32775 pte in 1st Battalion Kings Own ( royal Lancaster regiment ) and was killed in action 12th February 1917 aged 36 , his next of kin was his father Charles of 17 myrtle Street, Bury.
Please see photos for condition, plaque has been drilled and lacquered at some point ,but is still well worth its place in a collection .
