A very unusual civil bem named to Ibrahim.

Serang Ibrahim, a non combatant pilot of a motor launch Hdml 1102 in patrol operations against the Japanese in Burma early 1942 , in close action with a Japanese machine gun section he was shot through the eye in extreme pain he stayed at his post and continued to advise on pilotage of the launch throughout the engagement.
