He saw previous service and his obituary states a zulu War veteran and that he served in a cosral defence battalion ww1 .
Lived at 19 cobbett Road Eltham.
1921 Same address a watchman by occupation.
He died aged 80 in 1935 .
Swb was his sole entitlement for ww1 having served UK only ,hopefully his South Africa medal is out there somewhere for a reunite.
