1912 at guys hospital under training .

Entered France 14th February 1915 as pte 2369 in 28th London regiment ( artists rifles).

Commisioned 2nd lieut in 2nd Northumberland Fusiliers 23rd July 1915 .

Made horary lieut October 1918.

Address on mic old Spa house, sth Norwood Hill,se25.

1939 a dental surgeon living at two gates , burtons Lane, Amersham, Bucks.

He died 31st July 1975 at par ,St Austell, Cornwall and was cremated at penmount crematorium at Truro.
