December 1911 awarded a Delhi durbar as brevet colonel Commanding 2nd brigade Royal garrison artillery, rawalpindi .
Stationed in India ww1 .
Mentioned in Despatches 28th January 1916 as temporary Brigadier General.
Died at dehra dun , uttarakhand , India 16th September 1938.
