James grenfell care was born 25th November 1888 at St Ives in Cornwall.

He served in the Duke of Cornwall light infantry during ww1 being wounded in May 1918 .

James enlisted in Royal Airforce 15th March 1921 as 346184 .

He was awarded his Royal Air Force lsgc in August 1935 .

James served in various units serving in Austria and Hungary in early 1920s .

and Iraq and Palestine in mid 1930s

1936 after some time in hospital he went out to far East serving at Singapore.

1939 no9 f t s Lavington.

1943 was in Lincoln military hospital.

He died of cerebral Hemorrhage on 17th Jan 1947 registered St Ives , penzance, Cornwall.
