Archibald Ludlow Phillips was born 10th September 1883 at montford in Shropshire.

He served in the Royal garrison artillery in ww1 and was discharged with malaria and tachycardia due to service. living at rose cottage ,blyth ,Northumberland.

1939 living at the Woodlands school, worksop , Nottinghamshire the head teacher and a special Constable.

He died in Lincolnshire in June 1967.
