Imperial service medal Frank Stephens.
Frank Stephens was born 17th December 1896 at Devonport In Devonshire.
1911 at school and living at 5 keppel place ,Stoke, Devonport.
Enlisted in thd Plymouth division Royal Marine Light Infantry 20th November 1915 at thd time a tailors cutter by occupation.
He served in the Royal marines brigade of thd Royal naval division being capturedin 1918 he was released in November 1918.
Demobilised in April 1919 he then joined admiralty stores department.
1921 a storehouse assistant working for the civil service ,admiralty, naval stores department at hm dockyard pembroke and living at osbournun, Victoria Road, Pembroke Dock.
He married at Pembroke Dock in 1924.
1939 living at 5 edgecumbe Ave, Plymouth an admiralty storehouse man .
Awarded his imperial service medal in LG 28th November 1958 whist still at Devonport.
