Cedric was born 6th March 1889 .

He served as temporary lieutenant  , acting captain in signal service of royal engineers.

Address on the absent voters list Enmore Rd , putney , sw15 .

Mentioned in Despatches LG 4th July 1919 .

1939 a company director,  living at 85 Holland Park, Kensington,  London.

He served in ww2 in the pioneer corp resigning his commission 21st August 1943 as war substantive captain  ( hon major ) .

He died 9th November 1969 at rendham in Suffolk.
