Oliver oswald Drummond was born at Newcastle, Northumberland 23rd July 1899.

A postman by occupation he joined the Royal Navy as boy class 2 in Jan 1916 .

He served on various ships during ww1 and up to 1928 .

Oliver spend time in cells on more than one occasion overstaying leave and acts in prejudice of good order and discipline.

1939 a travelling salesman by occupation staying at the church army , labour home , lodging hostel at 187 Marylebone Rd, w1 .

He died at bexley in London April 1971 .
