Believed to be Richard mounce born 8th March 1921 died April 1989 Exeter.

Richard joined 86th medium regt ra 12th Jan 1938 .

He is noted as serving India in late 1944 .

His unit was in British expeditionary force and was evacuated from dunkirk they then went on to serve in dday and market garden but the lack of a France and Germany star may mean he was transferred prior to nw Europe campaign or it was missing when group came to us ? .

Either way a interesting group to a sought after unit .
