Correctly named WWI Pair T2038 Cpl SH Nairn The Queens

Stanley Harold was born in 1895 to James and Esther.

He served with 4th Bn Queens Regiment during WWI

He qualified for his IGS in August 1921 again with the 4th Bn.

The IGS has the Afghanistan NWF 1919 clasp.

An address found for him in 1921 is 79 Denmark Road, South Norwood, Surrey. It is noted at that time he is an out of work printer.

He married Grace Helen Hadler in 1930 when his address is noted as 80 Fairholm Road and he is working as a motor driver.

In 1939, he is back at Denmark Road and now working as a railway porter.

Stanley died in 1956.

The medals all have original silk ribbons although the medals are mounted in wrong order.
