Wounded 23rd October 1915 with 3rd Coldstream Guards.

Hospital dermatitis with 5th battalion Coldstream Guards.

Later 1858 with Guards machine gun regiment .

27 aya St, worthing ,West Sussex.

He died whist serving December 1920 .
