Correctly named 303 S. QR. MR. Serjt A Riste APC

Also entitled to a Queens South Africa Medal with Cape Colony clasp.

Arthur also served in WWI, heading to France on the 18th of August 1914 earning a 1914 Trio but with no clasp.

By the time he entered service in WWI, he had become a Lieutenant and was later promoted to Captain.

The medal has an original silk ribbon.
