Correctly named medal to Pte E Thomas S Stafford Regt. (most probably the original name erased then re-named)

Please note the service number has been rubbed off (see pic). After looking through the rolls, we are confident to say this medal was awarded to 6191 Pte E Thomas. Rolls show the entitlement of the clasps awarded. Theres also, on the roll, an address in Birmingham (hard to work out)
