Thomas Ashton served during the Anglo Boer War in the 1st Battalion border regt.

He then reenlisted 26th July 1916 into 3rd battalion border regt and was discharged 10th March 1917 .

Address given as 64 Station Rd, Haydock in Lancashire.

(In addition to the 3 medals listed he is futhur entitled to a ksa and a swb whereabouts unknown ).
