Correctly named 193734 Spr ET Morris RE

Edwin Thomas Morris was born in November 1895. His father was John Taylor Morris.

In 1912, he began working as a messenger for London Southwest railways.

His address at that time was 18 Portman Road, Boscombe.

He enlisted for service with the Royal Engineers in August 1916. He was to serve in France and later be give the service number WR/258854.

In 1939, we see Edwin married to Bessie and now living at 1 Horn Way, Christchurch. He is then working as a railway porter.

Edwin died in 1971.

The pair is his full entitlement and they come with original silk ribbons.
