Reginald charles daws was born 26th March 1899 at Bermondsey, London.

A clerk by occupation for mcdowells, Steven & Co of 2 Upper Thames St ec4.

He enlisted underage and entered France 6th December 1917 ( then aged 18 ).

Address given as 1 Rebecca terrace ,Bermondsey,London.

He was wounded at cambrai 9th October 1918 gsw r forearm and r thigh ( shrapnel ) leading to his right leg being amputated below hip .

1939 he was married living at 2 Rebecca terrace ,Bermondsey a clerk for trinity House London.

He died 18th January 1888.
