His original army form b stating John Alfred Hargreaves was born at Little lever ,Bolton, Lancashire 9th March 1889 .a warehouseman by occupation.
He served 18th August 1916 to 24th August 1918 being wounded gsw forearm 19th July 1918 and discharged 60 % disablement due to wounds.
Also in is his British legion membership to Little lever branch and 2 reissued I’d books to him and a relative .
