Arthur Henry Collins was noted as missing 21st March 1918 the 1st day of spring offensive then later noted as killed in action 22nd March 1918 in reality he was killed in 1st day or two of the German spring offensive during which time his unit the 2nd / 4th Battalion royal Berkshire Regiment was involved in heavy fighting during the battle of St quentin.

He is buried in vadencourt British cemetery, Aisne, France.

His next of kin was his mother ada Jesse of 7 Williams Street, Bedminster, Bristol.
