Correctly named 37073 Pte C Burrows Linc R

Charles was born to William and Alice in Nottingham 1890.

We find his family living at 17 Archer Street in Nottingham in 1911 where Charles is working as a printer. An Index card sees that he was discharged due to bronchitis in December 1919 and he was serving in the Labour Corps with the service number 24690.

His address is now given as 85 Bateman Street, Hyson Green, Nottingham. Its is recorded that he is married to Sabina.

He is still at the same address in 1921 where he is working as a printers cutter for H Powitt, Lithographic and Letterpress Printers.

Charles died in 1938.

The medals have original silk ribbons.
